Don't Trip Up with Travelex App

Foreign exchange company Travelex has released a travel planning app. The free iOS app provides users with travel guides, tips, and weather alerts, as well as reminders of what to pack.

And of course, this being Travelex, when users select their destination, the app will inform them of the current local exchange rate, which can be ordered in-app, to be delivered or collected.

"We know the weeks preceding a holiday can be some of the most stressful. Our app is designed to make it easy to get ready for a trip away, and ensure you take everything you need," says Travelex UK regional manager Elvin Eldic. “It’s also a good way to get the most from your money, as your iPhone will let you know when is the best time to buy foreign currency, and even lets you order cash or prepaid cards.”
