Guinness and Vouchercloud Give Away 10,000 Pints
Vouchercloud has partnered with the Guinness brand for a mobile voucher campaign, to give away 10,000 pints of the dark stuff. After downloading the voucher via the app, users can redeem it for a buy-one-get-one-free offer on Guinness in branches of Taylor & Walker or Original Pub Co.
“Diageo - the owning company of the famous stout - have had the foresight to ensure their name is in the shop window of one of the most engaging apps on the market,” says Vouchercloud MD Greg Le Tocq. “Last week, vouchercloud saw 12m sessions, of which 1m were spent in the Bars and Pubs category. With geographic and demographic targeting, they’ve been able to get their brand in front of the next generation of Guinness purveyors. We'll see more and more brands move towards this type of offering - using mobile to instantly drive footfall into branches.”
