Laotian Operator Makes a Beeline for BigTime

Asian mobile operatpr Beeline Laos has launched a text-to-win campaign, with mobile marketing company BigTime. The Gold SMS campaign offers daily and weekly prizes - as well as a grand prize of gold - to subscribers who text in between 30 April and 16 July.
