Our Mobile Retail Summit Kicks Off

The delegates and speakers are beginning to file in, the smell of coffee and pastries is in the air - yes, it must be the 2012 Mobile Retail Summit at the Victoria Plaza, London.

As I type, the speakers in our first section, 'On Device', are running through stats and case studies in mCommerce, CRM, NFC and much more. The three other sections – 'Driving Footfall', 'In Store' and 'The Future' – will come later, and take retailers through the full range of ways in which they can take advantage of mobile phones.
