Russian MNO MTS is to deploy SIM-management from network solutions company Evolving Systems. 

MTS is deploying Evolving Systems Dynamic SIM Allocation Solution which it says will help it streamline its SIM distribution systems, offering customers one unified SIM format and allowing them to move freely around the country. 

MTS says it has over 70m subscribers, and says that the 11 Russian timezones makes it difficult to manage SIM allocation and customer base.
