Customer interaction engine Swrve has teamed up with Segment, an analytics API and customer data platform, to provide insights into consumer behaviour on emerging platforms like native mobile and over-the-top (OTT) digital media streaming.
The partnership will also enable Swrve customers to build campaigns across multiple channels using Segment’s data sources, which include Salesforce, Zendesk, and Stripe. The pair aim to provide marketers with more insight via the data Segment provides from every customer touch point and internal function.
