EastCoastimagesTrain operator East Coast has unveiled a new responsive site with a user-centred design, aimed at delivering a more engaging and efficient experience for customers.

The site was designed and built by digital marketing and commerce consultancy Amaze, and offers news and travel updates in real time, enabling passengers to access accurate service information from anywhere, at any time and on any device.

The site encourages user exploration using personalisation and contextualisation, upgraded search functionality and a streamlined section of the site for Rewards Members.

“Weve been working with East Coast since 2012, handling its integrated digital account,” said Wendy Stonefield, chief commercial officer at Amaze. “Its been exciting reimagining its website with a new responsive technology solution with the aim of setting new digital standards in the train travel sector.”
