Customer engagement software provider Freshworks has announced a new bundle of enterprise software designed to provide users with a full, easy-to-use customer engagement experience. Freshworks 360 is a fully integrated cloud bundle that brings together sales, marketing and support applications.
The suite combines a number of Freshworks' existing products, including Freshdesk, Freshsales, Freshmarketer and Freshchat, providing an easy way for users to access the entire history of customer conversations, data nad marketing touchpoints including messaging and social media.
"For too long, small business and many enterprises have been left out in the cold when it comes to customer engagement software,2 said Girish Mathrubootham, co-founder and CEO of Freshworks. "Sales, marketing and customer support professionals have been forced to use bloated, siloed CRM and support systems, while HR and IT have been beholden to bulky products with unnecessary features and exorbitant price tags.

The release comes as Freshworks celebrates reaching a revenue milestone of $100m (£75.3m) in annual recurring revenue. This achievement has been fueled by the firm's expanding user-base of over 150,000 businesses and organisation worldwide, including Honda, Hugo Boss, Toshiba, M&C Saatchi and Cisco, as well as thousands of SMB customers.
