Informa Announces Mobile Summit

Informa Telecoms & Media has announced a 3-day Mobile Marketing Summit, to take place in Lisbon from 3 5 October 2006.
The
case study-driven programme will examine the business, commercial and
technical strategies to increase traffic, stimulate usage and optimise
revenues, while delivering a consistent and quality-driven customer
experience.
The event will include keynotes from leading companies
presenting their strategies and giving their perspectives on the
evolution of the mobile marketplace and the requirements of todays
demanding users; case studies from operators to present their customer
communications models and services,  and share what can be learnt from their
exercise of best practice; focused session streams to generate a more
intimate discussion of specific topics; and panel discussions to allow
a more interactive debate between the panellists and the audience.
Informa
says the event will allow delegates to learn more about how to
effectively capture and market to the youth segment; market to
business, corporate and SME customers; market new 3G services to drive
uptake and usage, and more.
The company says it is expecting an
international gathering of participants, including Heads of Marketing,
Sales, CRM, Segmentation, Loyalty & Retention, and Churn, from
mobile operators,  solutions providers, regulatory authorities,
consultants and analysts.
