Health club chain LivingWell has chosen Incentivateds 'iris' mobile platform for a national mobile marketing programme at its Premier sites, following a successful pilot. Text messaging is being adopted as a customer relationship management and prospecting tool at the sites, which include gym, aerobics and spa facilities, as well as a hair & beauty salon, crche and caf.
LivingWell plans to use SMS for welcome messages for new members; appointment and class reminders; text n win promotions; and referral programmes. Elaine Milligan, Sales Manager of the Strathclyde LivingWell club, says the system is already achieving payback.
To give you an example of the kind of results you can get, we sent a message to 80 prospects yesterday (Tuesday) and we have had six joiners already says Milligan. We love it.
