LinkedIn has launched its latest social campaign – #TheTeammates – on TikTok in the UK. The campaign, created by VCCP, aims to help people just entering the workforce find their way with the help of LinkedIn’s trusted “teammates” – local cohorts of TikTok creators who will share career advice, spark conversations around topics such as mental health and diversity and inclusion in the workplace, and provide an honest and light-hearted take on UK work culture.
#TheTeammates has been developed to equip LinkedIn’s audience with the support, advice and encouragement they need to navigate the world of work. The campaign will also roll out across France and Germany later this month, and Australia and Brazil early in the new year.
