MIA Handed Global FHM Brief

FHM International has appointed MIA, the mobile technology and content services company, to streamline the management, merchandising and delivery of FHM mobile content across its global operation, which spans more than 30 countries.
MIA is a content partner for FHMs existing UK mobile business, and its preferred technical partner for FHM Mobile in Australia. The company will now expand its role to integrate backend technology and develop new WAP portals, enabling FHM mobile operations to be launched across the rest of the world.
The tiered implementation of services will see MIA providing territories with a customised, direct-to-consumer mobile WAP portal, the Media Village Platform (MVP) content management system and content provisioning tools. MIA will also handle local carrier integration.
In addition, MIA will provide FHM staff with on-the-ground training and ongoing support to ensure each territory has the in-house tools, technology and expertise to manage their content supply, merchandising, billing and delivery process.
