Audience Serv announces Senior Vice President of Global Sales 
International target group specialist Audience Serv has announced the appointment of Ilja de Boer as Senior Vice President Global Sales. 

Previously, Ilja de Boer served as the Vice President EMEA at Audience Serv. In his new position as Senior Vice President of Global Sales, Ilja de Boer will be responsible for the development and execution of strategies to achieve global revenue targets across multiple verticals.

Our continued growth shows the rising demand for quality traffic and underscores the ability of our team to deliver successful campaigns for our clients. Extreme Reach promotes Agarwal 
Asset management solution for TV and video advertising, Extreme Reach has promoted Gaurav Agarwal to Chief Operating Officer.

Agarwal joined ER in 2018 in the new role of Corporate Development Officer based in Los Angeles. Since then he has focused on developing and executing key strategic initiatives, fostering new growth opportunities and expanding relationships with the technology and entertainment communities. 

InMoment expands into France 
Provider of Expertience Improvement (XI), InMoment has announced that Nicolas Herz has joined the company as Country Sales Director to lead the expansion into France. 

Herz has 23 years’ experience and a successful track record in the CX industry, opening French and S-EMEA offices for Zendesk and HappyOrNot, and most recently helping Phenom People accelerate its expansion in France.

Audience Town welcomes Beveridge 
Advertising platform for real estate Audience Town has hired James Beveridge as Vice President of Data. 

Before joining Audience Town, Beveridge held several senior roles at Dun & Bradstreet, where he eventually served as Leader, Data & Strategy for Sales and Marketing Solutions. Most recently he served as Director of Data Product at News IQ, a News Corp platform that incorporates multiple sources that include Realtor.com. 

LAB Group promotes Bushell 
Digital agency LAB Group has promoted Harpreet Bushell to Chief Growth Officer. 

During her first year at LAB, Bushell led many of the initiatives that have helped develop the group’s capabilities attract and nurture enterprise clients. As Group Managing Director, Bushell will lead on the implementation of LABs Group strategy, helping major clients reshape their digital future within a dynamic market.

Semasio recruits Carvalho 
Contextual provider Semasio welcomes Raquel Carvalho as Product Director Insights. 

Raquel joins the Semasio team with more than 15 years of international experience in data integration and analytics, with previous roles at NOS, Jatopond, Mapidea, Nielsen and Du.

Chargebacks911 and Fi911 appoints Senior VP of Brand Strategy
Dispute technology specialists Chargebacks911 and Fi911announced the appointment of Matt Stein as Senior Vice President of Brand Strategy. 

Stein brings a wealth of experience to the role, having spent more than two decades leading full-service marketing capabilities at a range of fintech, investment and technology-focused companies, such as Wunderman, PEAK6 Investments and Kobie Marketing.

Vevo announces Business Director 
Music video network Vevo has hired Lindsey Saunders as the Vevo UK team’s Business Director. 

Saunders comes to Vevo after six years at ITV, where she handled strategic sales and created and sold bespoke campaigns across ITV’s portfolio of channels and off-air extensions, including VoD and the ITV Hub. Prior to ITV, she worked at Bell Media in Canada, most recently for CTV Toronto. 

MiQ makes three new recruits
Global programmatic media partner, MiQ has announced that Candice Odhams has been named Executive Vice President, Global Clients. Mike Gray has also been appointed Director of Client Partnerships, EMEA, formerly Head of Client Strategy, and Rob Linton is now Commercial Director of MiQ North, formerly Director of Key Accounts.

Odhams brings 14 years of experience spearheading business growth and profitability for major advertising technology and media performance companies. Most recently, she was Managing Director at Wavemaker London.

Over the last three years, Gray has worked closely with clients and agencies to forge strategic relationships with MiQ’s partners. The balance between agency, client, and media partners offers a sweet spot for all involved. 

Linton has been with MiQ for almost nine years and has played a pivotal role in the growth of its business outside of London, which now operates as a standalone regional business under Tom Hatton. His background in trading also positions him perfectly to offer clients and partners the consultative and technical approach needed to face the new marketing landscape. 

NYIAX appoints Tsigourakos 
Upfronts marketplace and advanced contract management exchange, NYIAX has announced the appointment of Anthony Tsigourakos to the position of Chief Revenue Officer.

An accomplished media and advertising executive, Tsigourakos has a proven track record of cultivating, leading, and motivating high-performing sales teams and understands the needs of top media buyers and sellers. 

Tanium announces Chief Financial Officer 
Provider of endpoint management and security built for IT environments, Tanium has announced the appointment of Marc Levine as Chief Financial Officer. 

Levine brings more than 14 years of experience in executive financial leadership, driving business strategy and process improvement. At Tanium, he’ll oversee the global finance team and finance-related operational functions, in addition to managing all external financial relationships.

Studio Gobo welcomes Xiaojun 
Interactive designers and game developers, Stuido Gobo has announced that Xu Xiaojun will take over as Head of the Studio. 

In his time at Gobo, Xiaojun served as Game Director on high profile projects such as Ubisoft’s For Honour and Hyperscape. He’s also led the design team on every installment of the iconic Disney Infinity franchise since its inception and, more recently, oversaw development on Synced-Off Planet. 

Trigg joins Percept
Independent digital media quality assurance platform, Percept has announced the appointment of Dominic Trigg as CEO. 

Previously, Trigg was Chief Revenue Officer at Captify, where he helped optimise revenue across their sales teams, cementing Captify as a search intelligence leader in the UK, US and France. Prior to that he was VP EMEA at the SSP OpenX. 

Acast recruits Mander 
Global podcasting platform, Acast has announces the hire of Kate Mander as Commercial Development Manager UK/IE. 

Mander has more than a decade’s experience in the talent industry, both as a former agent and in her previous role as Head of Talent Partnerships at the Stylist Group. She has built and managed the careers of household names including Clara Amfo, Gizzi Erskine and Emma Bunton, and at The Stylist Group was pivotal in the success of talent-led events such as the Remarkable Women Awards and the award-winning Stylist Live festival. 

Fingerpaint makes two new hires 
Health and wellness marketing agency, Fingerpaint has announced the addition of Joanna Friel as Head of Creative in its Phoenix Office and Bill Kwiatkowski as the Head of Strategy in its Conshohocken office.

Friel joins Fingerpaint from Intouch Solutions, where she was an SVP Group Creative Director working on various brands that spanned across many therapeutic categories. She brings over 30 years of advertising industry experience, spending the last nearly 20 years in the health and wellness space.

Kwiatkowski joins Fingerpaint from natrel Health, where he was EVP, strategic planning director. He brings with him 20 years of industry experience and a zest for bold, customer-centric value propositions.

Tambo announces Associate Director 
Global marketplace services platform, Tambo has announces Joe Farley as Associate Director in the consultancy division. 

Farley was previously eCommerce Product Partner at iProspect and the lead for eCommerce at Dentsu Aegis. Across his career, Farley has held roles at UK Mail and ClickThrough Marketing, across a number of specialisms, including paid search, SEO, display, affiliate, email and social media marketing.

Seitz joins Analytic Partners 
Analytic solutions provider, Analytic Partners has announced the appointment of Maren Seitz as Head of the DACH region. 

Seitz has more than 15 years of experience in measurement technology and services, ten of which she spent in Sydney, Australia, where she worked for leading strategy boutiques and the research company Ipsos, among others. Seitz returned to Germany in 2017 to work as Director Touchpoint Strategy, Global Media Domain, and led a global Touchpoint Management team at Kantar.

Aki Technologies recruits Ferrera and DiLemme 
Moment marketing company, Aki Technologies has hired Nicole R. Ferrera to a newly created Head of Product Marketing position and Angela DiLemme to join as RVP of Sales for the Eastern region. 

Ferrera was most recently Director of Ad Solutions, Innovation & Partnerships at ViacomCBS, where she developed technology solutions for branded programming such as conversational AI, interactive holograms, and AR environments.

DiLemme was a consultant with Ion Media, where she built a new business development team focused on driving rates, fair share and overall profitability for the organisation.

IRIS.TV recruits Keith 
Video platform IRIS.TV has announced the appointment of Stuart Keith as Vice President of Publisher Partnerships for the EMEA region. 

Keith brings over 19 years of experience across the Tech, Media and Telco industries, and is responsible for establishing the company’s EMEA presence and working with premium CTV and online publishers to grow supply of video-level data.

Waste promotes Davis 
Independant creative agency Waste has promoted current Finance Director Justin Davis to the newly created role of Finance and Operations Director.

Davis has 19 years’ experience in finance and operations roles, with a proven track record in facilitating business growth through effective finance management and commercial support. He has previously held positions at Brainlabs, i-Level, AdColony and DigitasLBi (now Digitas), where he was Head of Finance, UK and MENA.
