adsquare_Vincent_TessierAdsquare Welcomes VP for Demand in EMEA Markets
Vincent Tessier has joined mobile audience data firm Adsquare as Vice President of Demand Partnerships, overseeing the platforms international operations from its new Paris office with a strong focus on EMEA agency and trading desk relations.

Vincent moves from French publisher alliance Laplacemedia, where he was head of mobile, and has been on the frontline of the French digital landscape since the early 2000s, having worked at AOL, Cellfish Media and Trademob. With mobile audience data available for seven EU countries and plans for further expansion, he will form a pivotal part of the firm.

“Programmatic ad spend in the EU5 is mounting with further markets seeing spikes in growth,” said Tom Laband, CEO of Adsquare. “With the addition of Vincent, were able to effectively meet the rapid demand for international mobile audience data.”

LoopMe Expands Sales Team with Three New Senior Hires
Mobile video demand-side platform LoopMe has announced three new senior hires in its London sales team, supporting its rapid international expansion and the demand for its platform.

Annie MacNamara joins as Director of AV, concentrating on growing the companys video business and strengthening existing relationships with agencies. She was formerly at Yume, as an agency sales manager.

Andre Eaglestone and Hannah Brockman have both come on board as Directors of International Sales, with the task of building a dedicated international sales team that develops the global growth the company has seen over the past year. Andre was formerly at Teads as head of mobile, while Hannah was international business director at Affectv.

Marcelo Ferreira Appointed as Co-CEO of Revmob
Former founder and CEO of Hellofood Brazil, Marcelo Ferreira has joined mobile ad network Revmob as co-CEO, bringing a broad range of executive expertise to the firm, where he will share management duties with Pedro Jahara, the current CEO.

“With my previous business experience, I am looking forward to leading RevMob to new heights in service, technology and new customer acquisitions,” said Ferreira. “RevMob has a highly talented and motivated team, and I believe we offer a value proposition to the mobile advertising market place that is second to none.”

Brandtone Announces New Leaders for UK Presence
Mobile marketing firm Brandtone has expanded its presence in the UK with the appointment of Andy Porteous and Tatiana Lipiyaynen as Head of Global Client Service and Chief Marketing Officer respectively.

Porteous will manage Brandtones key global clients businesses, overseeing in-country teams across twelve different markets and ensuring alignment throughout. He previously worked at Unilever, where he managed brands in emerging markets as well as covering international roles.

Lipiyaynen will lead the companys marketing and customer engagement strategy, focusing on the firms unique values-driven approach to mobile marketing and strength in emerging markets. She has worked in senior marketing, strategy and product roles with American Express in EMEA, with a strong focus on digital and go-to market strategies.

Fyber Strengthens Management Team with Two New Executives
Mobile ad monetisation platform Fyber is expanding its management team in order to support and further accelerate its technology, platform and commercial partnerships, adding Henrik Basten as Chief Technology Officer and Jim Schinella as Chief Business Officer.

Basten served as co-founder and CTO of ad tech company Falk Realtime, which was acquired by Fyber in April 2015. He previously served as Experians head of technology and operations in Germany, and will be responsible for leading end-to-end engineering and managment of Fybers tech platform.

Schinella joins Fyber with over 20 years of experience in the digital industry, and will be based in the firms US hub in San Francisco. In previous roles, he has managed Yahoos Right Media Exchange and Affiliate Search Network, as well as serving business development and sales roles at AOL and Netscape.
