No7 and AllBright launch "Unstoppable Together" campaign

No 7 and All Bright Skincare brand No7 has teamed up with all-female career network AllBright to launch the "Unstoppable Together" campaign, geared towards helping women in the workplace following the Covid pandemic. 

The businesses have collaborated to create the No7 x AllBright 'SHEcovery' (recovery) Course Collection as part of the AllBright Academy, which gives women free access to bespoke career tools and resources to help support them in their working lives.

The SHEcovery course consists of seven programme's of talks and worksheets to help women fulfil their potential and challenge workplace stereotypes that hold them back. It will also feature a discussion with author of 'How To Fail' Elizabeth Day. 

To fuel the conversation, No7 has released an original female-produced film ‘Unstoppable Together’, that captures the feeling and magnitude of the 'SHEcession’s' (recession's) impact by presenting facts and figures and vivid visual representations of women’s stories.

The movement follows a study of 2,004 UK women carried out by Kantar in January 2021, designed to understand the impact of COVID-19 on women in the workplace. Despite being disproportionately affected by the pandemic in the workplace women are showing huge resilience in overcoming the challenges of the past year.

However, over half of women said they would benefit from resources designed to help them in their careers.

“Since its inception 86 years ago, No7 has supported female empowerment, helping women live life on their own terms,” said No7’s UK Marketing Director Katie Swift. “The impact of the last 12 months could widen the pay gap even more and wipe out the progress we have made over the last few decades. Our SHEcovery campaign is part of No7’s ongoing commitment to support women and help them fulfil their own workplace ambitions.”
