Oracle has announced the introduction of chatbots and AI to its marketing cloud to ‘enhance existing commerce, marketing, sales and customer service applications’.
The Adaptive Intelligent Apps for Oracle CX Cloud Suite use data from Oracle’s Data Cloud ‘to react, learn and adapt in real time’ to deliver customised insights for commerce, marketing, customer service and sales professionals.
