Club Brugge launches WebAR-based #savelives campaign

Belgian soccer Club Brugge and online sports betting platform Unibet have worked with Yonder and Zappar’s augmented reality (AR) platform, Zapworks, to launch an AR-based educational #savelives mobile campaign called ‘No Heart, No glory’.

The campaign uses mobile WebAR technology to help educate people on the importance of life-saving resuscitation skills, teaching them key CPR techniques in a safe environment, and then testing their knowledge, with rewards for those who pass.

To promote the campaign, Club Brugge players have been wearing special kits bearing the No Heart, No Glory logo, and fans have been encouraged to participate after games at booths where they could try out the AR experience, learn CPR, and get involved with the #savelives movement.

There’s a video showcasing the experience here. And you can try it for yourself here.
